Before starting a fundraiser, all campaigners undergo a KYC verification, based on the submitted legal identity proofs and other supporting documents.

A Fundmitr Executive also reviews the information submitted by the campaigner and if needed, gets in touch with the campaigner for further discussion. Furthermore, if required our compliance team also conducts patient verification by reaching out to the hospital.

All campaigners at Fundmitr are also required to enter a digital agreement to raise funds. This agreement makes clear the ethical and legal standards campaigners have to meet.

Fund transfers take 1-3 working days after your request has been approved. For FCRA Registered NGOs raising foreign funds, fund transfers take 5-7 working days after the request has been made.

We at Fundmitr take authenticity seriously. Our internal fraud detection tools help us to determine whether to accept, reject, or manually review online transactions.

Fraud detection is done basis the risk score of the transaction. The risk score is built up using a combination of machine learning models and human review of network-wide fraud patterns
